39 And Jesus said, “ ^aFor judgment I came into this world, so that ^bthose who do not see may see, and ^cthose who see may become blind.” 40 Those who were with Him from the Pharisees heard these things and said to Him, “ ^dWe are not blind too, are we?” 41 Jesus said to them, “ ^eIf you were blind, you would have no sin; but now that you maintain, ‘ ^fWe see,’ your sin remains.
